USA AND EUROPE READY FOR PALMER CUP AT RHF

Print2016 UL International Crown 4c ds      THE PROGRESSION HAS STARTED the first of three major events at Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove tee’s off tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM the Palmer Cup, with Arnold Palmer on hand. In August it’s the Western Amateur and next July it’s the UL LPGA International Crown.

The time has arrived. The first of four major tournaments coming to Rich Harvest farms begins with the Palmer Cup in the morning.

Arnold Palmer “The King” himself will be on hand to watch the golfers hit their opening tee shots. Both team USA and Team Europe are ready to go.

Rich Harvest Farms is ready to welcome you out and does so by offering Free Parking and Free Admission. There are no ropes so enjoy walking the fairways with these great college players. There are both Foursome and Four Ball matches on Friday, with singles matches on Saturday and Sunday before the closing ceremonies.

This afternoon The Gog Blog spoke with University of Illinois Player and Team Europe Player Thomas Detry, and followed that with an interview with Team USA player and defending WGA Western Amateur Champion Beau Hossler from the University of Texas.
