Golftini Founder and Lead Designer Susan Hess stands in the Golftini booth at the recent2025 PGA Merchandise Show

CHICAGO BASED GOLFTINI WEAR TURNS 20.

“20 years has seemed liked three, as it flown by so fast.”-Susan Hess Founder of Golftini Wear.

So what started out as a I can’t find anything I really like to wear, has turned into a lifetime journey for Susan Hess, owner, founder and lead designer for Golftini golf wear. No longer a just for women only company, and with Hess having three boys, in which two of her sons work for her, some men’s apparel as part of the Golftini line, was only a matter of time.

The famed Golftini logo hangs from the vines at the PGA Show.

Hess says that this years PGA Show in Orlando, was the best one yet. In fact Golftini has grown into such a leader in the golf apparel industry, The Golf Channel interviewed Hess live on-air during it’s coverage of the show.

A big change from when first walked into the PGA Show, with her new and small company.

Because walking in the first day to the show year ago, headed to her little 10×10 booth. Hess walked past the large displays of the big established apparel makers, and sort of wondered what she had gotten herself into. But in less than two hours, the first major order was sold and Hess was on her way.

Why Golftini? well as Hess tells the story, it was a mixture of her two favorite things in life, golf and drinks with the name “tini” in it. But golf seems like a natural fit for Hess, who was born in Augusta Georgia. While she didn’t live in Augusta for long, golf stuck with Hess and so now green colored apparel makes up the fast selling Masters Collection back again this year.

So not only is Golftini a fast seller, it’s moving fast into what’s ahead.

So while some companies are looking at fall of 2025, and winter of 2025/26. Hess is already wrapping up the end of 2026, staying ahead of the game in the fast moving golf apparel industry.

During the interview below. Hess was kind enough to give a sneak peak into the crystal ball of what lies ahead for Golftini. Which includes a line inspired by the September of 2026 Presidents Cup Matches at Medinah Country Club.
