But it continues for the rest of the week in Stevens point Wisconsin, with the 43rd playing of the U.S. Senior Open. The second major this year on the USGA’s championship schedule. Flower Hole and all-it should be a good one.
THE 96th WWGA JUNIOR is in full force near St. Louis Missouri at Greenbriar Hills Country Club. Kennedy Swedick 16, of Albany New York, and a University of Virginia commit is the medalist. Swedick shot a 143 (+1) for two rounds and will be the #1 heading into the match play.
Naperville’s Lisa Copeland, who has made it to August National twice for the finals of DCP, is the fifth seed after finishing at 4 over par. But the match play begins tomorrow.
