The Grand Traverse Resort Tower.

The Grand Traverse Resort and it’s 900-acres are ready for the summer and you to arrive.

54 holes of golf await including the famed Bear Course, the Wolverine and the Spruce. To help you plan your visit, the resort has announced it’s golf packages and summer events.

The 2-night Championship Golf Getaway, the 1-Night Golf Package, both with Midweek and Weekend versions. 2-Night Golf & Spa Package.

The 2-Night Championship Golf Getaway plays out like this. 2-night accommodations, 2-Rounds of golf per person, 2-buckets of range balls per person, 2-breakfast buffets per person at the Sweetwater American Bistro.

Rates do vary per season. Best rates in the spring season through May 26th, starting at $340 per person in the Hotel, and $379 in the tower. Summer season peak rates from May 27, through September 3 of 2016. The Fall Season is September 4 through November 5, of 2016.

The rates are based on double occupancy, but includes an 11% sales tax and $14.95 nightly resort fee. Rooms at this rate are limited and not available to groups, and can not be combined with other offers. Check in is at 4 PM, check out at 11 AM.

The Tower is the tallest building in Northern Michigan and theviews are outstanding from the rooms and restaurant at the top of the tower.

SPECIAL GOLF EVENTS include Memorial Day Weekend Special $75 for the Bear, Wolverine $65, and Spruce Run $50.

On Sunday June 19th, when it’s daylight about all day long in Northern Michigan, golf your daylights out $99 for resort guests.

JULY 2-9 during the National Cherry Festival $95 The Bear, $75 Wolverine and $55 for Spruce Run.

Labor Day Weekend, see rates for Memorial Day weekend. Saturday October 8th is the Big Hole Tournament 10 Am Shotgun on Spruce Run, 10 inch cups on all holes and price is $60 per person.

The resorts three courses the Bear designed by Jack Nicklaus, the Wolverine by Gary Player, and Spruce Run by Bill Newcomb are all fun and challenging courses for golfers of all skill levels.
