BREAKING NEWS: Jim Furyk withdraws after 6 holes with a left wrist injury.

Lefty Phil Mickelson was at his best on Wednesday, and took home the honor of signing a lot of autographs post round, and maybe more than any other player. You have to love players not afraid to stay with the fans and not run away.

There is no secret that Mickelson will need a top finish this week, if he is to move on to the Tour Championship in Atlanta next week.

Mickelson had great things to say about Conway Farms, and doesn’t think scores will be in the very low 60’s.
