It’s a charity golf event you need to play in just once, to convince yourself to you need to return again and again.

Director Mark Slaby created a special day to support Illinois military veterans. The event is held at Medinah Country Club on May 26th with check in starting at 8 AM.

This event has sold out in the past and is likely to do so again. This year one of the premier speakers is Jim Skinner past CEO of McDonalds and US Navy Veteran.

Chicago Blackhawks national anthem singer Jim Cornelison will start the day with his rendition of the national anthem. Even if you can’t play for golf, come for dinner and bid on some great door prizes. WGN radio’s Steve Cochran will Emcee the event.

This year the majority of the golfers will play the famous Medinah No.2 course, an original Tom Bendelow course that is slated for restoration this fall.
