With our social distancing back in place,  Len Ziehm in Florida and Spears in Illinois.

Len Ziehm has covered golf in the Chicago area for over 50 years, and is a member of the Illinois Golf Hall of Fame. Rory Spears have covered golf in the Chicago area for 35 years and grew up working at the Rob Roy Golf Club in Prospect Heights, and the Chevy Chase Golf Club in Wheeling.

This week Ziehm & Spears discuss the opening of outdoor golf season here in the Chicago area. Tickets going on sale for the Valspar Championship, the first PGA Tour event that was fully cancelled due to the pandemic last year.

Up and coming golf course design architects Kyle Franz and Andy Staples. Brooks Koepka’s recent knee surgery that could keep him out of the Masters.

PLUS Ziehm and Spears discuss the return of the award winning Golfers on Golf Radio for it’s 31st season. Teeing off on WNDZ AM 750 to start the season on Saturday April 3rd at 10 Am. But a move back to WCPT AM 820 is expected shortly, and Ziehm is back for his second season as a weekly contributor.
