Roy Biancalana is the IPGA Super Senior Open Champion

Roy Biancalana won the 2020 IPGA Super Senior Open by 3 strokes, coming two spots behind in Round 2, to win.

Biancalana shot 68-68 to finish with an 8 under par score.

“Round 2 was much more difficult,” said Biancalana. “I didn’t make a bogey until the last hole, so I was proud of that. The greens were perfect this week and the course played a little difficult with the wind. Overall, I’m happy with the win.”

Mike Harrigan and Ted Pecora finished T-2 at 139-5 under par for the championship.

The Illinois PGA thanked Pine Meadow Golf Club head golf professional Dennis Johnsen for hosting the championship.
