The Gog Blog will return on Thursday December 26th, as we start to look at both year end, and decade end. Before welcoming in 2020 and the decade of the 20’s.

REMINDER-many of the area golf courses that have been open the past few days are closed for Christmas Day, but will reopen on Thursday. The Eskimo Open at Cog Hill is Sunday January 5th. The golf domes like Mistwood and Links and Tee’s will be open on Thursday. Courses open on the 26th that we know of are Cog Hill Courses 1-2-3. Pine Meadow, St. Andrews, Maple Meadows, some of the GolfVisions courses. Plus others, call the pro shop if in question. The simulators are back open at the Schaumburg Golf Club on Thursday. For those with new clubs, go test them out.

As golfers, we hope all golfers get what they want for Christmas, and to our Jewish friends a Happy Hanukkah. I’ll be offering up some post Christmas golf idea’s for all of you who received $$$ or gift cards to go golf shopping with. See you on Thursday.
