Former Geneva Country Club professional Pat Lenski operates Golf Underground in Geneva.

IT’S BEEN SAID that you “Build things from the Ground-Up.”

So why not take things a step further and build your golf game from the “Underground-Up”.

Longtime Illinois PGA Professional Pat Lenski can show you how, when you stop by Golf Underground-located in the Geneva Commons Plaza-In Geneva.

Lenski has been running his golf studio out of Geneva Commons for four years. But it seems longer than that, because the Golf Underground has a feel that takes you back in history, all through the academy.

Relax with comfort in between shots at Golf UnderGround.

Lenski wanted his place of business to feel like it has all the comforts of home, and it has just that.

But home comes with a touch of history, not just by what Lenski has hung on the walls, but with style that fills his place of golf.

Because if you look on the walls, you will find some historic golf posters, and some of the famous Sports Illustrated magazines from the glory days of sports. Not just in golf, but other issues with covers that Chicago sports fans would enjoy.

When you need help on the putting green, Lenski can provide that all winter long.

IF YOUR ONE who enjoys some music with your golf game, that is something you can enjoy at Golf Underground.

Whether you connect it into your phone, or just listen through the speakers, you can enjoy the vinyl-yes vinyl coming from Lenski’s 1960 Zenith Stereo and record player.

But when it comes to golf, Lenski can help even more. Lessons, club fittings, simulator league and organize special events. But teaching golf is something that Lenski loves to do, and if you enjoy the sound of getting better at golf, Lenski would enjoy working with you on some game improvements.

The winter season is the perfect time to change either your swing or your clubs. Maybe it’s time to play a different golf ball, even of it’s not the same brand as your golf clubs.

One of the six simulators at the Golf UnderGround.

So if your junior golfer is at a time when they need to play better. Whether it’s to be more competitive in high school, or trying to make a run at a college golf scholarship.

Lenski has several students now playing Division 1 golf in college.

Now is great time to build up that golf game, not just from the “ground-up” but from the “UnderGround-Up”

While you are working on your game, or being part of a simulator competition, you can relax in style in the comfortable chairs that surround the academy, like bunkers around the greens on the golf course.
