“Flight, Spin and Feel are the three key performance attributes we evaluate during our green-to-tee fittings and golf ball selection,” said Frederick Waddell, Director of Golf Ball Product Management, Titleist. “AVX provides low flight, low spin, exceptionally soft feel alternative to Pro V1 or Pro V1x. With these three golf balls, plus Pro V1x Left Dash, every golfer that prioritizes performance can now find a precise fit for their game.”

Waddell does add that the new AVX adds better short game performance with it’s softer cover. But it’s new core formulation adds speed and aerodynamics for better stability and distance. AVX now comes with 7 dimple sizes.

The new AVX comes in both white or optic yellow colors. It will be available in golf shops worldwide on February 4th of 2022. But you can get your AVX customized by ordering through Titleist, at titleist.com/custom.
